There are over 100 glaciers in Prince William Sound including Anderson, Brilliant, Columbia, Mears and Shoup. There are numerous bays for kayaking including Columbia Bay for glacier viewing, Shoup Bay to see the kittiwake rookery, Blackstone Bay for getting close to the glacier and Sawmill Bay for a more remote paddle. Leaving Valdez you can see the expansive Valdez Marine Terminal which is the southern end of the Trans-Alaska Pipeline system.
